The heat of the coffee will denature the creatine, unless of course, it's an iced coffee.

Its not an iced coffee, but I don’t think it is hot enough to denature it.

I just remember reading years ago that it shouldn't be administered in hot drinks. Additionally, if you're eating plenty of red meat, daily, that's as much creatine as your body can process, so supplementing is kind of pointless.

I’m pretty sure that’s been debunked on the heat issues. Besides, my coffee isn’t any warmer than my internal body temperature.

I eat a lot of read meat, but I’m not perfect with that consumption. Supplementation is cheap so I don’t feel like I lose anything taking it.

I'm literally just starting back at the gym this week. Wish me luck😬😂.

Proof of work baby!

Do you have a recommendation on brand/product of the creatine?

Nope! You want monohydrate creatine, make sure the only ingredient is creatine, and then don’t forget to take it every day.

There’s probably a truly optimal dosage and timing strategy but you’re going to get 80% of the benefits from the consistently taking it.
