I believe you do not seriously think that Denis Rancourt has "scientific" papers about medicine. He is originally phsicist who was fired from the University of Ottawa, and his "physical and mental well-being" is questionable (according Denis Rancourt's former dean).
He has no cited publications regarding medicine science, his citation index unreachable in scientific portals (even he probably has no citation index in medicine area, there is other Denis Rancourt but he is mechanical engineer on UdeS).
This Denis Rancourt hasn't publicated papers in scientific magazines with high impact factors. So he is a botched scientist regarding medicine. Despite of some papers debiunking their "no-pandemic" fever dreams, there are no serious criticistms or reactions for or against his papers, he is not taken seriously in the scientific world.
And he is only one source you have mentioned, so it is one sided. You haven't mentioned no other references, no scientific level papers.
And as I mentioned earlier I don't want to enter to a "theoretical" and "what-if" dispute.

So there is dishonorable, shameful and pointless to compare a serious scientist (I mean Katalin Karikó) with that outsider (I mean Denis Rancourt).
