Elders aren’t the people to ask for answers, as they are the ones who have been subjected to literally decades of the propaganda and it’s all they know… for the most part. I’ve been in your shoes and I wish you luck because it’s hard living with someone when you are both basically living in different realities, and some people will never admit that they have been lied to.
