Went on Twitter for 20 mins after a long break.

Omg I feel gross.

My mind has been poisoned, I have a mindset hangover after just 1 shot.

Drama. Trudeau. Price speculation.

I feel a shift internally, and I notice the change in my emotional state much more now that Iā€™m away from Twitter.

good move

tried FB back in the day 2x for very short periods and it made me gag

tried Xitter this fall and lasted under 24 hours

it's good to see through it all to how you feel about because then you know the real truth
