if you are low on energy just drink water instead. you will be surprised how much it actually does when it is not laces with other random shit

I drink a glass of water first thing when I wake up, and lots of water throughout the day!

Coffee is just part of my routine.

I realized last month and a half I don’t need coffee at all. I took a break from it and It literally made no difference. It’s all in the head for me. It’s an addiction, it doesn’t pump me up with caffeine or nothing no matter the amount of cups I drink lol.

But l, energy drinks fam are eating and killing ur insides. You should really drink water instead. 😂🙃😛
