Depends on how you post it. You can get a premium account on nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 or nostr:npub12vkcxr0luzwp8e673v29eqjhrr7p9vqq8asav85swaepclllj09sylpugg and upload longer videos, but you might just want to cut them down. Also, if you pre-compress them using something like Adobe Media Encoder (the Twitter 720p preset is good) you can probably still upload them using the free account level, though I still recommend upgrading because you get more features.
Right now feels like nostr:npub18m76awca3y37hkvuneavuw6pjj4525fw90necxmadrvjg0sdy6qsngq955 doesn’t really have easy to use gifs.
I just download gifs from websites and upload them to nostr:npub1nxy4qpqnld6kmpphjykvx2lqwvxmuxluddwjamm4nc29ds3elyzsm5avr7 and drop the URL in Damus, but I’m also paying for storage.
