Tried to sign up twice, both times failed yet CC charged. Opened case but never received a reply. Will avoid now at all cost. (just spinning in the Submit button for couple of minutes)
On oracle? I’ve been with them for two years and never had trouble. I’m sorry you’ve had a bad experience. It certainly isn’t the normal level of service. I have friends who’ve run rather large projects with them.
I did check, and they have pulled back the no credit card offering. Sorry, didn’t mean to spread FUD! 😔
