I hate gyms so my options are limited. I work with 15, 25, and 30 lb dumbbells, and a pullups bar.
I like dumbbell presses, pushups, and curls the most. I'd love to see how much I can bench just out of curiosity but I don't have the equipment for it yet.
Why do you hate gyms?
