Combining Slack-like channels (public, payed or private) with GitHub-like issues allows:
- a more organic discovery of problems to work on, since any problem tagged with one of channels you join will make it appear in that channel and help create a team/discussion around it
- for keeping certain things more private in Membership-fee based or WoT based channels.
