i cannot remember exactly, but i think i remember there's always a couple relays all clients automatically connect to initially that are also found in other clients when first starting.. at least i dont remember having to set up relays initially
Definitely, it's changed over time but anything from 4-10 relays are there when you first land there.
I would guess it's these
