I use a majority of these too. Great list. I'll add a few more:

Office: LibreOffice

Comms/File Sharing: Keet + Signal + SimpleX

Podcasts: Fountain + AntennaPod

Search: Brave Search + Startpage

In addition to F-Droid and Aurora Store I recently began exploring Obtainium

I have a little experience with Tresorit and recently started exploring Nextcloud for file sharing and data storage. I'm sure others can speak more to the pros and cons of these options.
