Why do I feel like the redacted parts are such because there would be legal implications if it were public. The fed and IMF were always my bigger concerns but I've got a growing distaste for secrets in the banking industry. Funny how many redacted documents have come out in the past few years that were hundreds of pages that basically contained dates and a cover letter.
