There are some methods. Depends on how much blood you want to drain, how fast and with or without their consent.
it's not that difficult, actually. if you know any former junkies they can explain to you how to get a good vein.

I’m not fond of heights. I also watch many documentaries about plane crashes 🤣 but I fly when I have to. Ferris wheels 🎡 are also terrifying to me but I go when my kids want to.
