⚡️🇺🇸 UPDATE - Bitcoin reserves: where do the US states stand?

The idea of adopting Bitcoin as a reserve asset is gaining ground in the United States... but not everywhere!

✅️ 3 states have passed legislation allowing treasuries to hold Bitcoin: Texas, New Hampshire and Arizona.

⏳️ 17 states have pending proposals: Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Kansas, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Missouri, New Mexico, North Carolina, Ohio, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, West Virginia.

❌️ 5 states rejected the idea after legislative debate, due to volatility, legal or budgetary concerns: Florida, Montana, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, Wyoming.

Add Connecticut to the list of rejections, as they banned a BTC reserve altogether. That's like also demanding everyone be poisoned with fluoridated water... which they also passed.
