I removed Damus, primal and nos.lol relays and it stopped the gay porn spam. Paid + WoT relays only. New users aren't going to stick around with this happening so open relays aren't necessary.

Then you must have another open relay that is getting the spam, identify it and disconnect from it.

I also had to close my app and clear the cache, that could be it.
