The #secondamendment of the #constitution matters because it wasn't to enable the military to have arms. It matters because when the US was founded the populace was supposed to be on equal footing with the government.

Well regulated meant "well behaved".

"The right of the People to Keep and Bear Arms shall not be infringed" is clear and absolute. Just as the founding fathers intended. Anyone who says otherwise is simply fear mongering an an being intentionally obtuse.
