between a widely used crypto coin for payments with extremely low fees

and an unuseable clogged up crypto coin which is only used for jpegs?

im not understanding or seeing any clarity of what you are trying to say. you are saying one crypto and then another crypto, what does it mean? arent there over 20,000 cryptos? what exactly are you talking about?
