I suggest you try it for yourself, cows are A LOT stronger than us and they have 4 legs planted firmly on the ground. If you push against a cow it will just push back.
I have years of experience pushing cows around, you have to be careful in the yards a cow can easily crush you to death by pushing you up against a panel.
