it's anyway what i wanted to do before, just never had the money. changes the better locations a lot but not the general concept of permaculture farm CS/physics lab in the mountains. yay that Someone sent us bitcoin to enable this.
other than not being where the most corruption has built up there's nothing you really can do about it either way anyhow.
