And you still have a ways to go as we all do. Keep it up. Taking really good care of yourself is actually taking care of others as well. Lead by example & loved ones know they just don’t have to worry about you. It’s a dual gift.
Exactly! I was able to save my sister from feminism and veganism. She’s now chugging raw milk and eating beef all day lol
