But I think you should have started with the comparison between nostr and legacy social media platforms, then followed with onboarding with primal and maybe a little more detail about the other nostr apps you use.

I had it that way first. then I changed. I don't want people to be scared off by complexity. also wanted to keep it concise so didn't go too in depth about other clients.

One other thing that I think would be really helpful for new users would be a "how to get found" tutorial, a quick explanation of the hashtags, community building, interacting with people so other people see your comments.

I've been meaning to make one myself but I need to clear space to do the screen recordings.
