Other than voice recognition, I’m not sure what biometric data they could collect?
Maybe accessing the front cameras will allow them to collect biometric data if the face?
That's the eye movement tracking part
Seems simple enough not to grant permissions to the camera (and mic if you don’t use spaces).
I get the sentiment though and agree that data collection by these companies far exceeds what end users should accept, just hate these sensationalist headlines.
