You need a community organizer (which developers usually are not). And coming at it from "find Christian stuff on nostr" is not the way either. Communities are more cohesive and deeply connected than just interest a topic. Usually, existing communities find software that they can use. Sometimes this software supports the community, but more often it sadly erodes the community in small ways over time. It's a very hard problem.
