Sorry, that sucks. I’m not a doctor but I am a dad. My boys generally respond well to Tylenol for fever/pain. We haven’t dealt with many ear infections though. I think they recommend going to the hospital if the fever stays high for three days.

Low/no fever luckily, we did some meds for pain and fever just in case it gets worse overnight. My wife never had an ear infection growing up so my child gets to thank my genes for this one!
That’s good that there’s no fever. Hopefully the baby sleeps well! That’s the best medicine
