Unsolicited extremely unpopular opinion:

The re-recordings of Taylor Swift's albums (dubbed "Taylor's Version") are much worse than the originals and feel like a desperate cash grab.

The production lacks the Max Martin polish. Case in point, "Blank Space":

– the drums sound shrill & tinny

– the horns & synths lack the same grandiose tone

– in the first half of the song Taylor sings like she's bored/tired of it and there's significantly more echo/delay on her voice

– the mixing is overall worse
