About to take a try at building on nutstash (aka bearer tokens backed by #bitcoin) in some retail outlets in Chiang Mai Thailand, and also Koh Phangan.
Looks doable getting up something that is user friendly (verification that the mint still has the money), and pegging out of the mint onto the lightning network.
