I slaughtered a big Duroc pig today for a local farmer. On my way out the farmer and his wife gave me a bag of goodies with a whole chicken, a whole rabbit, several bags of fish fillets (homeboy is a farmer, butcher, and also a licensed fisherman), and about 10 pounds of rabbit hearts and livers.
