The first studio to use LLM’s to make the world move in unpredictable ways based on player population actions will change the gaming industry.

I suspect it's more likely that, similar to chatgpt now, it'll push a particular worldview and games will further descend into 'teachable moments'.

Hopefully it will depend on studio, with varied training sets. I see open source models being very useful for this.
