SUPER impressed that Rosalynn and Jimmy Carter were (happily) married for 77 years! Wow!
That kind of love and compatibility is VERY RARE!
It’s very obvious that they loved and adored each other; that she wasn’t simply some pretty girl he married but also had similar goals as him and wanted to make a difference in making things better for others, humanity and the 🌎🌏🌍 world.
I think the BIGGEST reason for their enduring love and marriage was that they married the RIGHT person!
Imho, the choice of selecting the RIGHT romantic partner is the most important part of a happy, enduring, sustaining romantic relationship/marriage.
And it can’t just be a physical attraction — that may be the initial draw but there has to something deeper for it to work long term — intellectual connection, personality compatibility, inner core values that match and similar goals/dreams, MUTUAL RESPECT & admiration, GOOD communication between the couple, honesty about everything and the ability to have fun together, imho.
RIP to Rosalynn Carter, a woman I can actually respect and admire!

Actually, I know a 🇩🇰Danish guy whose Academic parents knew the women who came up with Myers Briggs. I have yet to hit Denmark yet altho have wanted to visit 🇩🇰 Copenhagen for many years.
