No, sadly the situation is not like that. Even though I am also against the acceptance of the euro the referendum is fully unconstitutional. That is what the constitutional court has said. But yeah. It kind of sucks 🫤

I don’t see definitive reasoning in this gent’s commentary.

My understanding is that the referendum was worded in a way to not reject the euro outright, but rather delay accession, which does not seem unconstitutional on the surface.
