As for the rest of your point, you have shown me 0 proof other than referencing webmd. I've seen cp laws being used against teenagers for taking nudes but never heard of teenagers being arrested for raping each other. If anything the situations you describe would be illegal under public indecency laws or something, as statutory rape isn't something the police are allowed to just let go like you describe. I really think you are uniformed and your opinion is bad as a result of that.
