Why is it that every country who's looking to advance their technology to the standards of the 21st century, including nuclear power, is immediately a nuclear threat to everyone else? Bullshit repeating itself over and over. If we wouldn't continuedly, and with much effort, strive to keep 3rd world countries just that, 3rd world countries, maybe those countries would thrive and perhaps turn into nations where living a life is worth living?

You can apply this to middle eastern countries, African countries and even some Asian countries. They're all bad, allegedly.
