I just quit my job today. I made an "expensive" mistake and was told I'm a dumb mother fucker. 😅. I can handle a bit of vocal Bs but honestly I'm sick of the way the job makes me feel. Constant minor mistakes and lack of help. the amount of harassment and subtle remarks just did it for me. The boss would get irritated when you'd ask how to get the time card app to work. help was often too much to ask for as the managers would often give you limited info or half ass the effort to help as if it wasnt their job to help out. Then they would tell us to ask for help more at the weekly meetings. I find this problem in a lot of jobs.
