So lately this year I’ve been trying to focus on protein first meals and getting zone 2 cardio for 30 mins a day min. Basically brisk walking. I essentially mix up these meals on repeat: chuck roast with carrots and bone broth w carrots and onions, burgers on the grill with cheese or bacon, wild salmon on smoker, veritable soup in bone broth w ground beef, grilled chicken, shrimp, steak, steak and eggs. Taco salad. Been very sustainable bc of easy meals. Down about 15 lbs. since Jan 1
