{answering} the bees settled into the King+Queen Tree a year prior to me moving in spring 2024 (due to harassment escalation in associated 🖇️ documentation) - communicated via maintenance men employed continuously via property management.

In that same flow ~ mid-2024 a mysterious green slime appeared on the housing in my area and property management hired professional exterior cleaners to scrub all units. There was also an issue with the electrical wiring, in particular the container at the base of the King Bee Tree.
