Starlink - but can’t help you with the Uber eats. I have family in the middle of nowhere Georgia. Ordering a pizza meant a 35 minute drive to go pick it up. Even Pizza Hut won’t offer delivery out in the backwoods.
You won't get anywhere near 3gbps internet with Starlink. Probably not ever with their current satellites.
