A full moon with a total lunar eclipse will occur in Virgo today.

When it comes to Virgo, words like meticulous, analytical, practical, fastidious and perfectionist come to mind. And although I myself was born a Virgo, I am not sure if I am that neat.

Today's full moon is a good time to review your diet and daily habits and, in a way, loosen or adjust the stoic restrictions of the Virgo 'must be this way'.

I tend to unconsciously put the brakes on myself, so I want to take this opportunity to adjust.
