they also can actually be humans too, it seems implausible that humans didn't figure out interstellar travel in the 200k years that our species has existed, previously, when it only took about 200 years from steam engine to space probes.
if you ask me, all it would take is for them to figure out psychology and abolish psychopaths from public office.

i was listening to some stuff from Chris Horlacher, the author of The Apocalypse of Yajnavalkya and he talks about the fact that species that are physically separated for a long time tend to genetically diverge and stop being able to breed with each other, and the reason why your ancient ancestors who fled egypt around 5000 years ago are coming back (and have been visiting regularly) has been to bring earth human genetics back to their population.
this is where all the UFO abduction sex stories seem to originate.
but in addition to that, there has been reports from some abductees that have given some explanation of what they are doing, and the idea that they intend to come back and evacuate people worth keeping because the earth's next disaster is going to be 100% lethal (75k years ago another disaster wiped out all but 5000 humans, so it does make sense that there might be a cycle that completely extincts us). and i know a bit about breeding and genetics and there can be problems that arise when you breed out a branch of some variety of living thing, and it loses important genes that can cause the branch to become unviable, or not useful for the purpose, and it's necessary to "back cross" the base variety back.
so, yeah, i think that if humans have figured out how to not have politics and all that shit, and are off planet, and have been maintaining their genetic link with us, that they would want to maintain us as a pool of breeders to keep their genes from falling off into the unviability cliff.
idk about you but i think that isn't it one of the key things that many especially abrahamic religions talk about being the benefits of going to heaven being to have a nice ... well, wife... not necessarily 72 virgins, but that's always been an exaggeration.
especially if they have long ago mastered all that biology stuff and can make us fully viable even if we are late, or for women, run out of eggs.
it's tantalizing, anyway, even if it's not true. but the level of plausibility of this scenario is definitely way in the green on this, if you ask me.

Also I've noticed mixed race people tend to have a higher level of vitality and intelligence - I'm not exactly sure why, but I suppose it might have to do with fewer genetic diseases or errors being copied because of a bigger difference in genes - iirc, both parents have to have a copy for it to make it into the kid.
I've had a similar theory about aliens and space civilization. Even just regular earth human civilization... The better we get at medicine, the fewer people die before reproducing - so natural selection changes drastically. Instead of fitter specimens reproducing, the trend shifts toward less responsible people reproducing or people who follow trends like fashion, or whatever. We evolve into Jello peacocks. Evolutionary dead end. So if you have a space civilization, you might not want planets developing into high tech civs for just that reason - any living planet is a resource for better genes. Also a living planet is probably inventing a new protein every day, so having one in your pocket means you get new biotech, new medicine, new little tweaks to nanotech machinery, which is just biology.
The 72 virgins thing, I think is just allegory. In some esoteric tradition - maybe Islam, or maybe something pre Islamic - God has 72 names. Its a significant number, but I don't recall what makes it significant. The trick with these weirdly specific numbers is to "reduce" them in two ways : add the digits, so it reduces to 9, and then there's a symbolic meaning for each number 1-10. And/or look at the symbolism of the 7 and and 2 separately. I don't remember each number... But if they say you get 72 virgins, it means you get the full divine love of God and you know all 72 names. Islam seems to have the same problem Christianity has - scriptural literalists insist on removing the symbolic meaning. Clergy who are "in the know" seem to also encourage the misunderstanding becayse, like Jesus said, some teachings are for the crowd and some are for the inner circle, and the teaching for the crowd **_is specifically so they won't understand the true teaching._** That's in the Bible. Paraphrasing, of course. Anyways I don't think the 72 virgins has anything to do with aliens probing human buttholes 😂
well, 72 is also 6x12 as well, which boils down to 2x2x2x3x3 which also points out there is 8x9 in there 2^3*3*2 which is very neat symmetry
but yes, the point about how a less advanced civilisation might be more robust due to less artificial effects changing what genes get mixed together, a spice, if you will.
and there is also the fact that the elites have notoriously inbred so much that their DNA is shitty, for this purpose. which probably in fact goes hand in hand with the psychopathic tendencies being frequently manifest, though this behaviour is acquired by how you treat the child, the genes of such families surely must have also become selected for this vulnerability to be greater, and remember that part of their practices involves raping randos and very likely many people are unknowingly related to them via a recent or long past violation. and then keep this in your mind further when you consider the mRNA thing, which they have advanced to the point where they can deliver it as an aerosol.
this is something that Chris Horlacher says, too, regarding the gene-rewriting mRNA vaccines and how it is making the human species less valuable as a "grandfather stock" for maintaining genetic diversity and avoiding bad combinations stacking up.
if i was an advanced human civilization and i wanted to maintain access to this stock of good DNA to keep my people robust then i'd be kinda pissed about someone pissing in that gene pool as well. it's kinda like the final insult. it happens that there is other forces at play also, the impending geomagnetic pole shift disaster, which if you were playing the role of "shepherd" for our species then you'd probably be wanting to move the "first fruits" of the flock to greener pastures before this one is sterilised.
so, yeah, these are factors to weigh in considering whether it is likely that we may see exactly such an intervention, in the form of selectively collecting the exemplary and letting the rest to its likely fate of extinction. and, an extinction that is definitely earned, since probably we would already have left the planet by now if they hadn't been deliberately impeding progress to maintain their social position as dominators. an advanced civilisation would have less stratification because of the way that technology allows people to balance their weaknesses out with augmentation.
I don't believe there are any creatures from space visiting our planet, but there is something going on. I'm sure some are hoaxes, some are governments doing things they haven't admitted, but some are demons (effectively extra dimensional beings). I think we are seeing more activity because we are approaching the end times and alien abductions will be used to explain away the rapture of the church.
