You need to look into how much actually was given vs how much was approved on the paper to be given.
Since February 2022, Europe has provided Ukraine with €70 billion in financial and humanitarian assistance, as well as €62 billion in military aid. The US has provided €64 billion in military assistance, as well as €50 billion in financial and humanitarian support.
