When we find time to turn our attention inward, to allow the mind to settle, to open to pure awareness, we begin to cultivate inner and outer purity.
As our physiology, our nervous system, the machinery of perception, becomes more flexible, more fluid, the impressions left from our daily experience are released rather than held. Like a stick moving through water, or the air, rather than being etched in stone.
Our experiences become deeper, more fulfilling as nature begins to support our desires more and more. Because they are more in tune with the laws of nature.
In a simple, natural, effortless way we experience all things anew each moment of our life.
