Physio therapy? You alright?

Yeah! I weight train 5 days a week and have boxing lessons on Saturdays. It’s through my chiropractor, I go to prevent injuries; I hurt my back a few years ago and was down for 6 months so I just want to make sure that doesn’t happen again 😅

We never figured it out actually, they think it was muscular because nothing came up on X-rays or CAT scans, except one small bulge near the pain area, but cortisone didn’t help the pain and actually made a new area hurt for a few days. So I just went to therapy, iced/heated, did a lot of slow walks, and ate way cleaner while I recovered.
