These ordinals degens have crazy amounts of money to waste…we easily recognize here the fiat high time preference mindset in all of this madness…why don’t they at least wait to inscribe their shit in a more efficient way, this makes no sense ?

Well, in the end, these are things that we are not going to be able to control. If bitcoin continues to increase in adoption sooner rather than later we will have this blockchain activity whether by ordinals or something else.
There is little we can do, this is the grace of free market block space in bitcoin.
What we need to look for are good scaling solutions.
It's a pump and dump, same as any other. Some idiot will buy thier "rare sats" and will be left holding the bags.
What more efficient way?
