Depends on your objective, I'd say. I tried Amethyst a few days ago but it still lacked much. Installing it again.

Let me know what it lacks :)

Maybe not loading followercount until requested by user? I think damus also does this

That's an idea. I was hoping to make the follower count light enough to not need it. Is it bugging you?

Not sure how much data is used but loading bigger profiles it keeps on going. Dont know if its buggin me but I just liked the way damus did it

Not liking the thread view, tbh.

Wanted to try out the boosting but boosted wrong post. Clicked on it again and ended up boosting more times. Also, I boosted a comment and my profile shows that I boosted the whole thread.

Nice, thanks. That is something I need to improve. I think the boost was correct, but Amethyst doesn't find the right post at times.

Test

When scrolling through someone's profile you can only scroll their notes. So, if they have a big bio, or if my screen is small, I can't scroll anything because the bio occupies the entire screen.

Good, while I hope other apps will be created on nostr as well. Like reddit stuff ect, for a twitter alternative this is extremely good

Reddit could never function with #nostr. Reddit's model is to have a lot of different and separated sub-reddits, something that goes against the nature of #nostr.

Why not, each relay having its own subreddit could work right?

Relays are dumb, they just forward notes along. There could be a relay that just forwards notes of a certain nature, making it kinda a sub-reddit, but the notes it forwards would eventually reach another relay, and everyone would see the note in question. There's no way (at least in my view, for now) to contain a note in the widespread #nostr network.
