I think there's some misunderstandings of how Phoenix operates. There are still means to acquire the app through APK, they don't control your keys nor the funds tied to your end of the channel, they could force close a channel but that results in your funds being redeemed on chain associated with the backup phrase, albeit subject to potentially low fee settlement and being stuck in the mempool.

You can still send to another lightning wallet, or splice out to an on chain address, or I suppose force close your own channel and sweep the funds as they recommend. As a precaution it's better to just migrate your sats to another tool but there are varying ways to do it.

I'm keeping the Phoenix channel open for now, but moved my sats on LN to Zeus.
