The links aren't interpreted correctly. Please see https://wikifreedia.vercel.app/wiki-test/stl1988@stl1988.github.io for the correct look of this. NIP-54 uses Markdown inatead of Mediawiki formatting, but links seem to be supposed like this anyways.

They are not, but I looked at NIP-54 again and it dedines the addition of wikilinks. https://github.com/nostr-protocol/nips/blob/master/54.md#content-rules

However, for external links, it seems Markdown links are the better choice...

I think, looking at Wikifreedia, wikilinks work in a way that if you click them, it searches pubkeys that have written an article on the linked topic.
