For the next 10 years of your life you literally cannot die, no matter what you do. Upon completion of year 10 you die. You live certain of both these are true.

Or you have the potential for 40 more years but you could die at any time. Year 1, year 13, year 22 but you could possibly live the full 40. You live with that uncertainty.
