Yes my opinion is that everyone wants to talk shit on America but also wants to be protected by her laws. Our values are always thrown in our face. Talking shit about America is a protected right for Americans to do, not everyone else.
Trump is an American protected by the Constitution. If some rando jihadi wants that same protection then they can create a constitution that protects it in their own country. We don't owe anybody anything.
The Constitution doesn't give anyone free speech and free speech isn't a right only Americans have, in America. People have free speech, by Nature, and the Constitution forbids the US federal government from infringing upon it.
The idea that only Americans should have their inalienable rights respected is highly un-American. That would turn them into priveleges granted by the government.
I never said give, I said protected. If everyone else wants their natural rights protected then they must create the circumstance where their governement isn't allowed to infringe on it.
