Project for nurses - #NurseFi

First of all, I will start an ambulant care business after I finish my nurse care trainee next year. So it will be a good time to prepare myself. Demand is higher than supply for the next few decades - so it will be defo a successful business.

Second, I will create Tokens and integrate them in my business. After generating enough profits through business and token offering I think of using my land to build a residential home for elderly. Giving nurses an opportunity, where they can rent their rooms to practice their profession, like having 2 or 3 ppl to care. They decide what they’re worth as nurses. The Organization just wants a minimum amount of money to run the business.

Also bonus programs should be active to gain more attraction.

The whole project will run as a NPO except my ambulant care.

I think this project could be realized within 5 years.
