Hmmm… Not that I don’t trust Mullvad, but for the Serbia option there is some strange behavior, network stalls and then the browser insists that the download does NOT exist on the site?

Local ISP running deep packet analysis and/or injecting code in downloads?

Could be the case, but quite likely not for AirVPN, RiseupVPN and Mysterium & similar
