I know everyone here is an expert in everything from criminal, constitutional and election law, but I’m not buying that this is as damaging to Trump as some are making it out to be. It could be costly to him. It could be a huge pain in the ass. He’s not penniless.

He’s rich. He operates under different rules. Do we really have to keep going over this?
